According to the plaintiffs, the Defendants prevent men that are paying an additional premium for ambulatory services from receiving reimbursements for costs incurred for their baby, claiming that only women are eligible to receive reimbursements for baby-related costs.The plaintiffs claim that they are unable to assess the magnitude of the group members and the claimed damage, however they note that the amount exceeding NIS 2.5 million.At this stage, The Phoenix Insurance is studying the details of the Claim, and therefore the chances of its approval as a class action cannot be assessed, and if it is approved, the chances of its success cannot be assessed. false
