("Psagot Investment House"), and has reached to understanding with it to acquire activity of mutual funds managed by Psagot Mutual Funds Ltd. (Active and Money Market) with assets under management of approximately NIS 18.5-20 billion, and to execute a transaction for the purchase of shares of additional assets of an immaterial scope to the Company.The total consideration will be in the range of NIS 160-175 million.The transaction, if consolidated, will be independent of other transactions for which Psagot Investment House is in contact with third parties for the sale of assets and/or other activities at Psagot Investment House.As of this date, there is no certainty regarding the progress of negotiations regarding the transaction to the signing of a binding agreement, and the transaction if consolidated, is subject to the approvals required by law, including regulatory approvals, if required. The Company will report again on the matter as appropriate under the Law provisions. false
