Re: Jerusalem Regional Labor Court issued a Ruling Approving a Motion to Withdraw from a Motion for Approval of a Class Action against The Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd.(subsidiary) - Immediate Report The Company announces that on April 7, 2024, the Jerusalem Regional Labor Court issued a ruling approving a motion to withdraw from an motion for approval of a class action filed against Helman-Aldubi Provident & Pension Funds Ltd., which was merged on September 30, 2021 into a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd., which concerns the claim that IBI - The Provident Fund and Study Funds Management Company Ltd. (which was merged into Helman-Aldubi on July 1, 2018) charged the members of the study fund under its management investment management expenses, in addition to the management fees charged, contrary to the fund's regulations (See Reference No. 43A1(10) to the Company's financial statements as of December 31, 2023, which were published on March 27, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-026677)). This brought this process to an end.
