Re: Phoenix Insurance (subsidiary) filed a request for leave to appeal to the National Labor Court against a decision of the Haifa Regional Labor Court, which approved a request for approval of a class action against Phoenix Insurance - Immediate Report The Company announce that on June 30, 2024, a subsidiary of the Company, Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance"), filed a request for leave to appeal to the National Labor Court against the decision of the Haifa Regional Labor Court, which approved a request for approval of a class action against Phoenix Insurance and which concerns, alleging, that in disability insurance, Phoenix Insurance breached its contractual obligation, as reflected in the insurance offer regarding the insurance period, as opposed to the policy provisions regarding "age for insurance purposes"; and alleging that that as part of the engagement, The Phoenix Insurance did not provide fair disclosure regarding the insurance end date (see detailed in the immediate report dated May 27, 2024 (Ref. No. 2024-01-0054735) and in note7A1(6) of the Company's financial statements as of March 31, 2024, which were published on May 29, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-055752).
