("Phoenix Capital Raising"), fully held indirectly by the Company, published Immediate Report concerning the results of tenders offered to investors, which took place on October 16, 2025,, to receive advance commitments for the purchase of bonds as part of the issuance of new series of deferred commitment notes (RT1) (Series B18) that Phoenix Capital Raising issued (on behalf of The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company).During the tender, applications were submitted for the purchase of NIS 739,660 thousand par value bonds, out of which Phoenix Capital Raising has received advance commitments from investors (who will be listed in the Shelf Offering Report to be published by Phoenix Capital Raising, insofar as it is published) for the purchase of NIS 500,000 thousand par value bonds with interest of 2.7%, which will be the maximum interest that the bonds will bear as part of the public offering, insofar as it occurs. It is emphasized that raising the debt, its size, structure, and timing is not certain and is subject to obtaining all the permits and approvals required by law, including the approval of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. for the publication of Shelf Offering Reports and for registration for trading of the bond and the approvals required by Phoenix Capital Raising.It is clarified that the abovementioned does not constitute a commitment on the part of Phoenix Capital Raising to issue the aforementioned bonds and it does not constitute any offering to the public or an invitation to purchase securities of Phoenix Capital Raising or the Company. false
