SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12:-SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In August 2013, the Subsidiary, received an approval for a NIS 26,110 (approximately $7,217) grant from the OCS. Once received, the grant will be used to cover research and development expenses for the period January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.  This grant is subject to the same repayment restrictions of royalties as the prior OCS grants (see note 8.e.). Since the approval was received after June 30, 2013 the grant is not reflected in the financial statements.
