SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 7: - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In January 2013, MTM - Scientific Industries Center Haifa Ltd. ("MTM"), the Company's landlord, agreed to contribute NIS 2,990 toward the cost of constructing the Company's new facility.  Such contribution is being made pursuant to the Company's lease agreement with MTM, and will be recognized as reductions of rental expenses over the lease term in accordance with ASC 840-20.
