SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 7:-SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In May 2014, the Subsidiary, received a letter of approval from the OCS. The grant resulting in this approval will be approximately NIS 14,601 (approximately $4,187) and once received, it will be used to cover research and development expenses for the period January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.  This grant is subject to the same repayment restrictions of royalties as the prior OCS grants (see note 5) and a part of it is subject to either an assessment or medical opinion regarding conducting a clinical trial involving pregnant women.
