AJIYA - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

BONUS ISSUE OF 304,584,484 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN AJIYA BERHAD ("AJIYA") ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE IN AJIYA HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 27 OCTOBER 2025 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-BONUS ISSUE” as from: 24 Oct 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 27 Oct 2025
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-        
          a) Selling Broker to deduct <1/2>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct <50.0%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/2>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1: 

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 27 Oct 2025 with bonus issue of AJIYA shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive AJIYA bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his AJIYA shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (24 Oct 2025).

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 AJIYA shares on cum basis on 23 Oct 2025, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 27 Oct 2025. As a result of the bonus issue, an additional of 100 AJIYA shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 27 Oct 2025 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 200 AJIYA shares on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 24 Oct 2025 onwards.

Remarks 2: 

Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares was obtained on 3 September 2025. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 9 October 2025. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 28 October 2025, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.

The Share Registrar of Ajiya will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders of Ajiya within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
