Reference is made to the announcement dated 24 March 2025, the circular to the shareholders of AME Elite dated 3 July 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposals (“Circular”), the outcome of the EGM announced on 24 July 2025 and the announcement dated 21 October 2025. Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular. The Board wishes to announce that, following the receipt of the balance disposal consideration of RM27,675,000 for the disposal of i-TechValley 36 by Greenhill SILC, the i-TechValley 36 SPA has been completed today, in accordance with its respective terms and conditions. This announcement is dated 22 October 2025.
