The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcements dated 13 August 2025 and 15 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Sale of Vessel.
The Board of Directors of AVANGAAD wishes to announce that the Company has received full amount of the payment for the Proposed Sale of Vessel in accordance with all terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA" or "the Agreement"). The completion of the Proposed Sale of Vessel shall take place upon the issuance of the relevant certificate(s) by the relevant authorities to effect the transfer of ownership of the vessel to the purchaser, MTC Energy Sdn. Bhd.
