Further to the announcement made by the Company on 31 January 2025, the Board of Directors of AWANTEC wishes to announce that, pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) entered into for the disposal of Block 12, Corporate Park, Star Central @ Cyberjaya, Awantec Systems Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AWANTEC, had on 10 October 2025 received the final Balance Purchase Price payable under the SPAs. Accordingly, in accordance with Clause 3.1(c) of the SPAs, the Actual Completion Date is 10 October 2025. This announcement is dated 13 October 2025. |
