We refer to our previous announcement dated 12 January 2026 in relation to the extension of the Cloud Framework Agreement originally executed on 17 March 2022 ("CFA 1.0") between the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Awantec Systems Sdn. Bhd., the Government of Malaysia (as represented by MAMPU), and Google Cloud Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
Pursuant thereto, we are pleased to announce that the Government of Malaysia, acting through the Ministry of Digital, has further extended the term of CFA 1.0, which was previously extended to 30 June 2026.
This subsequent extension consists of an initial six (6) month period, followed by an additional six (6) months. It will be effective from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, or until the availability of the successor agreement, Cloud Framework Agreement 2.0 (CFA 2.0), whichever comes earlier.
This further extension reflects the continued collaboration among the parties in supporting the Government of Malaysia's cloud adoption initiatives and ensuring continuity of cloud infrastructure and services.
