1. INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of AWC Berhad (“AWC” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ambang Wira Sdn Bhd (“AWSB”), has today, 30 October 2025, signed and accepted a Letter of Award (“LoA”) from TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (“TM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, for the provision of Integrated Facilities Management (“IFM”) services for TM Data Centres and Buildings in TM Central 1, valued at RM99,124,560.00 (“Contract”).
2. SALIENT TERMS OF THE LoA

Contract Value: RM99,124,560.00 (inclusive of SST and taxes).

Contract Period: Five-year period from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2030.

Scope of Works: Comprehensive IFM services covering operations, maintenance and support for TM Data Centres and Buildings in TM Central 1.
3. FINANCIAL IMPACT AND RISK FACTORS
The Contract is in the ordinary course of business of AWSB and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the AWC Group throughout the Contract Period. The associated risks are normal operational risks typical of IFM contracts with large enterprise clients.
4. DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of AWC and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
5. STATEMENT BY THE BOARD
The Board is of the opinion that the Contract is in the ordinary course of business and in the best interest of the Company.
