Description	CREDITORS' VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION OF AMAT MUHIBAH SDN BHD
The Board of Directors of Berjaya Land Berhad (“BLand”) wishes to announce that its 100%-owned subsidiary, Amat Muhibah Sdn Bhd, which is currently dormant has commenced creditors’ voluntary liquidation pursuant to Section 449 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Liquidation”). Mr. Andrew Heng and Mr. Kumarakuru A/L Jai Prakash Krishnan of Messrs Baker Tilly Insolvency PLT, Baker Tilly Tower, Level 10, Tower 1, Avenue 5, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia have been appointed as the Liquidators for the Liquidation. The Liquidation is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of BLand or any regulatory authority. The Liquidation will not have any effect on the issued share capital and shareholding structure of BLand and is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the BLand Group. None of the Directors and major shareholders of BLand and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Liquidation. This Announcement is dated 13 January 2026.
