Pursuant to Rule 9.19 (51) of ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Betamek (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 September 2025 (“Offer Date”) awarded the following ESOS Options to its eligible Directors and employees of Betamek and its non-dormant subsidiaries to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company (“Betamek Shares” or “Shares”) under the ESOS in accordance with the provisions of the LTIP By-Laws of the Company:-
