-	NOTICE OF ELECTION AND DRP STATEMENT

We refer to the announcements dated 28 January 2026, 29 January 2026 and 5 February 2026 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that:

  1. the Notice of Election in relation to the DRP will be sent to all entitled Unitholders of CLMT (save for foreign addressed Unitholders of CLMT) on 2 March 2026; and
  2. the DRP Statement in relation to the DRP will be available online at Bursa Securities' website at https://www.bursamalaysia.com and at CLMT's website at https://www.clmt.com.my on 2 March 2026. A copy of the printed DRP Statement can be requested from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. at the contact details set out in the Notice of Election.
