We refer to the announcements dated 28 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 5 February 2026, 27 February 2026, 2 March 2026 and 25 March 2026 in relation to the DRP ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the valid Distribution Reinvestment Forms ("DRFs") received by CLMT's unit registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on 16 March 2026, being the expiry date for submission of the DRFs, CLMT has issued and allotted a total of 33,814,470 new CLMT Units ("New Units") pursuant to the DRP in respect of the Final Income Distribution. The New Units represent approximately 32.19% of the total number of new CLMT Units, had all the entitled unitholders of CLMT elected to reinvest their respective electable portions under the DRP in new CLMT Units. This announcement is dated 25 March 2026.
