CHIN HIN GROUP PROPERTY BERHAD ("CHGP" or "the Company")
-	Deed of Revocation dated 15 October 2025 entered into between Archmill Sdn Bhd ("ASB"), Suasa Sentosa Sdn Bhd ("SSSB") and BKHS Capital Sdn Bhd ("BKHS") to revoke and rescind the Development Agreement dated 24 April 2024

Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 24 April 2024 in relation to the Development Agreement dated 24 April 2024 entered into between ASB, SSSB and BKHS (“Agreement”).

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that BKHS had, on 15 October 2025 entered into a Deed of Revocation (“Deed”) with ASB and SSSB to revoke and rescind the Agreement.

 

As at the date of the Deed, BKHS had made payment for the total sum of Ringgit Malaysia Ten Million (RM10,000,000-00) only (“Initial Payment of Security Deposit”) to SSSB pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

 

Upon the execution of the Deed by the Parties, the Agreement shall be revoked, terminated and be null and void and the Parties irrevocably agree, consent and undertake as follows:-

 

  1. SSSB shall refund or cause to be refunded the Initial Payment of Security Deposit via direct payment to BKHS upon the execution of the Deed;
  2. the Parties shall release each other from all obligations, observance and performance of all covenants and terms set forth in the Agreement; and
  3. neither Party shall have any claim whatsoever against the other or any other person in respect of and under the Agreement and/or in respect of and/or pertaining to the development of the Project on the Land.
