Further to the Company's announcement made on 25 June 2025, the Board of Directors of Citaglobal wishes to inform that on 10 September 2025, the Company has received a letter from the National Investment Agency of Kyrgyz Republic notifying that the Kyrgyz Government has identified 170 hectares of land suitable for the development of up to 200MW solar plant in the Issyk-Kul region. The Company is currently making the necessary preparations to commence feasibility studies for the project. This announcement is dated 1 October 2025. |
