Description	COMPUGATES HOLDINGS BERHAD ("CHB" OR THE "COMPANY") - UPDATE ON FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.23(1)(ii) AND PRACTICE NOTE 11 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD
The Board of Directors of CHB wishes to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the aggregate amounts of financial assistance provided by CHB as at 31 December 2025 are as follows:- CHB to Sony Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Sony”) in the form of corporate guarantee for the credit terms extended to Compugates Sdn Bhd (“CSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHB, for the supply of goods and/or services supplied by Sony to CSB, for an amount of RM1.3 million; CHB to Vstecs Astar Sdn Bhd (“Vstecs”) in the form of corporate guarantee for the credit terms extended to Compugates Sdn Bhd (“CSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHB, for the supply of goods and/or services supplied by Vstecs to CSB, for an amount of RM300,000.00; CHB to Ingram Micro Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“IMMSB”) in the form of corporate guarantee for the credit terms extended to Compugates Sdn Bhd (“CSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHB, for the supply of goods and/or services supplied by IMMSB to CSB, for an amount of RM100,000.00; CHB to Tec D Distribution (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“TecD”) in the form of corporate guarantee for the credit terms extended to Compugates Sdn Bhd (“CSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHB, for the supply of goods and/or services supplied by TecD to CSB, for an amount of RM80,000.00; and CHB to Goh Office Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd (“GOS”) in the form of corporate guarantee for the credit terms extended to Compugates Sdn Bhd (“CSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHB, for the supply of goods and/or services supplied by GOS to CSB, for an amount of RM200,000.00. The provision of the financial assistance did not have material financial effect on the net assets, gearing, earnings, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of CHB for the quarter ended 31 December 2025.
