Compugates Development And Mining Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 200801031906 (833239-U)] as the Appellant and Main Uptown Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 201501021513 (1146841-V)] as the Respondent.
The Board of Directors of Compugates wishes to announce that on 6 July 2026, the Court of Appeal made an Order to the following effect:
1. The Appellant's appeal is dismissed; and
2. The Appellant shall pay to the Respondent costs of RM20,000.00 subject to the allocatur fee.
