The Board of Directors of CPE wishes to announce that the Company had received a notice from a shareholder of the Company of the intention to nominate Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT as the new Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. PricewaterhouseCoopers PLT at the forthcoming 4th Annual General Meeting (“4th AGM”) of the Company. The proposed change of auditors is subject to the approval being obtained from the  shareholders at the forthcoming 4th AGM.  This announcement is dated 22 October 2025.
