Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of ChengCo PLT as the Auditors of DGB.
The Board of Directors of DGB wishes to announce that Ong & Wong Chartered Accountants (AF 0241), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 29 September 2025 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
