With reference to DXN’s announcement dated 3 December 2025, the Company wishes to clarify that the development of the Industrial Plant is intended to support the Group’s manufacturing operations across its various product segments, including fortified food and beverages, health and dietary supplements, personal care and cosmetics and other related products, as well as grinding and raw-material processing.
These intended activities fall within the Group’s ordinary course of business.
