Further to the Company's announcement made on 3 October 2025 pertaining to the MOU entered into between Solid Orient Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Intechcity Bioenergy Sdn. Bhd. for the utilisation of palm oil mill waste (Empty Fruit Bunch Fibre and Palm Kernel Shell) for sustainable waste valorisation collaboration. The Board of Directors of FITTERS wishes to inform that there is no material development on status of the MOU as announced previously. This announcement is dated 30 October 2025. |
