We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 12 September 2025 ("Announcement") on the reprimands and/or fines to the Company and its Directors for breach of the Bursa Securities MAIN LR. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement. The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had filed a Judical Review and subsequent to the hearing of the Judicial Review on 26 February 2026 before the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur, the High Court of Malaya has granted leave for the Company’s Judicial Review against Bursa Securities's decision. The next case management has been fixed on 12 March 2026. This announcement is dated 26 February 2026.
