Remarks :

(a) 	Acquired by Genting Berhad ("GENT")

Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay has a deemed interest in the Genting Malaysia Berhad shares acquired by GENT by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat International Limited which in turn owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad. Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad owns more than 20% of the voting shares of GENT. 

(b) Acquisition was made from open market during the offer period in connection with the Conditional Voluntary Take-Over Offer announced by GENT on 13 October 2025 to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Genting Malaysia Berhad (excluding treasury shares) not already held by GENT for a cash offer price of RM2.35 per offer share.
