Remarks :

(a) Open market purchase by Genting Berhad ("GENT"). Acquisition made from open market during the offer period in connection with the Conditional Voluntary Take-Over Offer announced by GENT on 13/10/2025 to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Genting Malaysia Berhad ("GENM") (excluding treasury shares) not already held by GENT for a cash offer price of RM2.35 per offer share ("Offer"), which Offer has become unconditional on 03/11/2025. 
(b) Valid acceptances received pursuant to the Offer.
Note: Dato' Indera Lim Keong Hui has a deemed interest in the GENM shares acquired by GENT by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat International Limited which in turn owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad ("KHR"). KHR owns more than 20% of the voting shares of GENT.
