(a) Open market purchases by Genting Berhad ("GENT"). Acquisitions made from the open market during the offer period in connection with the Take-Over Offer by GENT to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Genting Malaysia Berhad ("GENM") (excluding treasury shares) not already held by GENT for a cash offer price of RM2.35 per offer share ("Offer").

(b) Valid acceptances received pursuant to the Offer.

Note: Dato' Indera Lim Keong Hui has a deemed interest in the GENM shares acquired by GENT by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat International Limited which in turn owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad ("KHR"). KHR owns more than 20% of the voting shares of GENT.
