Description	HO HUP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BERHAD ("HO HUP" OR THE "COMPANY") UPDATES ON THE PROPOSED SCHEME ARRANGEMENT AND RESTRAINING ORDER
Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 April 2025, 16 June 2025,19 June 2025,23 July 2025 and 22 August 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Restraining Order Application pursuant to Section 366, 368, 369 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2016 by the Company at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcements. The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has fixed 3 December 2025 for hearing of two intervening applications filed before the Court in the Restraining Order Application. Pending disposal of the said intervening applications, no new hearing date has been fixed for the Restraining Order Application. This announcement is dated 22 September 2025.
