Distribution-in-specie by IGB Berhad ("IGB") of up to 242,745,658 units of IGB Real Estate Investment Trust ("IGB REIT"), as part of the consideration from IGB REIT pursuant to the disposal of The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Johor together with the related assets and rights by Southkey Megamall Sdn Bhd, an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of IGB, to the entitled shareholders of IGB ("DIS")

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 04 Dec 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 05 Dec 2025
Remarks :
We refer to the IGB announcements dated 24 June 2025, 25 June 2025, 22 October 2025, and 20 November 2025 ("Announcements"), as well as the circular to shareholders dated 29 August 2025 ("Circular"), regarding the Proposed Disposal and Proposed DIS. Unless stated otherwise, the definitions in the Announcements and Circular apply here.
The Proposed Disposal was completed on 20 November 2025. Based on IGB REIT's 4,323,118,737 issued units and IGB's 1,327,251,789 issued shares (excluding 30,888,098 treasury shares) as of 20 November 2025, up to 242,745,658 DIS Units will be distributed to IGB Shareholders listed in the Record of Depositors of IGB as of 5 December 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ("Entitled Shareholders") ("Entitlement Date"), representing an entitlement ratio of 182 DIS Units for every 1,000 Shares. These Entitled Shareholders are not required to pay for their DIS Units and will receive their allocations at no cost.
Fractional entitlements to the DIS Units will be disregarded, and each Entitled Shareholder's entitlement will be rounded down to the nearest DIS Unit based on their shareholding in IGB as of the Entitlement Date. Any remaining undistributed DIS Units is expected to be minimal and will be dealt with in a manner that the Board considers appropriate, fair, and in the best interests of the IGB Group. The Board intends to retain any residual DIS Units held by IGB Group after the DIS.
