CONDITIONAL VOLUNTARY TAKE-OVER OFFER FROM MAYBANK INVESTMENT BANK BERHAD ("MAYBANK IB") ON BEHALF OF SUNWAY BERHAD ("SUNWAY") TO ACQUIRE ALL THE ORDINARY SHARES IN IJM CORPORATION BERHAD ("IJM") (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) ("OFFER")

DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS UNDER PARAGRAPH 19.05(1) OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITIONS ("RULES")

Reference is made to IJM’s announcement on 12 January 2026 in relation to the notice of a conditional voluntary take-over offer dated 12 January 2026 from Sunway in respect of the Offer.
