Description	IREKA CORPORATION BERHAD ("ICB" or "COMPANY") RESIGNATION OF PRINCIPAL ADVISER FOR THE COMPANY'S PROPOSED REGULARISATION PLAN
We refer to the announcements made on 1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 27 February 2023, 31 March 2023, 30 August 2023, 1 November 2023, 17 April 2024, 30 August 2024, 18 October 2024, 28 February 2025, 17 March 2025,18 August 2025 and 25 September 2025 in relation to the Regularisation Plan (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. The Board of Directors of ICB wishes to announce that KAF Investment Bank Berhad has ceased to be the Principal Adviser for the Company’s proposed regularisation plan effective 25 September 2025, mainly due to capacity constraints. The Company is in the midst of identifying a replacement principal adviser to advise the Company for its next course of action. This announcement is dated 26 September 2025.
