Description	IREKA CORPORATION BERHAD ("IREKA" OR THE "COMPANY") - MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 17 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD
Reference is made to the Company’s initial announcement dated 1 March 2022, the subsequent monthly announcements relating to PN17 as well as the announcements dated 25 September 2025 and 2 October 2025 regarding Bursa Securities’ rejection of the Company’s application for an extension of time to submit its Proposed Regularisation Plan and the Company’s appeal against Bursa Securities’ decision to suspend and de-list the Company’s securities. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company’s appeal, which was submitted on 2 October 2025 is currently pending Bursa Securities’ decision. The Board will continue to make the necessary announcements on any material developments relating to the appeal in due course. This announcement is dated 3 October 2025.
