Working experience and occupation	Miss Wai Shan Yuen (Jessica) has over 20 years of professional experience spanning hospitality operations, real estate development and global capital markets, with a strong track record in financial structuring, capital raising and strategic investment execution across multiple jurisdictions. She is currently an Executive Director of RY Group, where she serves concurrently as Executive Director of RY Group China, RY Asset Management Japan and RY Capital UK. In this capacity, she is responsible for: - Formulating and executing group-wide financial and investment strategies; - Securing and structuring equity and debt financing for hospitality and real estate investments across Asia and internationally; - Structuring investment vehicles and overseeing the deployment of significant capital across diversified asset portfolios; and - Leading strategic partnerships, investor relations and cross-border collaborations to enhance long-term portfolio value.
