Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company’s announcements in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A.
Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 25 March 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company triggering the prescribed criteria pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“MMLR”).
Pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the MMLR, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Maybank Investment Bank Berhad had, on behalf of the Company submitted the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities on 23 September 2025.
As at the date of this announcement, the Proposed Regularisation Plan is pending Bursa Securities’ decision. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) in relation to any developments pursuant to the Proposed Regularisation Plan accordingly.
