Reference is made to the announcement of JcbNext dated 2 October 2025 in relation to the Disposal of quoted shares in 104 Corp, an associate company of JcbNext ("the Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

 

The Board of Directors ("Board") wishes to announce the following additional information pertaining to the Announcement:

  1. There are no liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Disposals which remain with JcbNext.
  2. There is no guarantee given by the Company to 104 Corp.
