Description	K. SENG SENG CORPORATION BERHAD ("KSSC" OR THE "COMPANY") PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF KSSC PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 75 AND 76 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")
We refer to the announcements dated 30 April 2025, 5 May 2025, 9 May 2025, 16 May 2025, 17 July 2025 and 25 July 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the approval from Bursa Securities dated 9 May 2025 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement has lapsed on 7 November 2025. The Company has to-date, issued a total of 17,000,000 new KSSC Shares pursuant to the Private Placement and as such, the Company has resolved not to place out the remaining 1,527,925 Placement Shares. Accordingly, the Private Placement is deemed completed on 7 November 2025. This announcement is dated 7 November 2025.
