ON THURSDAY, 20 NOVEMBER 2025 AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.10 PER RIGHTS SHARE, TOGETHER WITH UP TO 549,120,000 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN KSB ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 4 WARRANTS FOR EVERY 7 RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED FOR, AT AN EXERCISE PRICE OF RM0.10 BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY ("RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS")
