Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 3 February 2025 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”), as well as the circular to shareholders of KJTS in relation to the Proposals dated 9 May 2025 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as previously defined in the Announcements and Circular.
On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that KJ Technical Services and Malakoff have mutually agreed to further extend the Long Stop Date under the SPA from 3 November 2025 to 3 February 2026 to fulfill all outstanding Conditions Precedent under the SPA.
Save as disclosed above, all other terms and conditions of the SPA shall remain unchanged.
