Ms. Heng Pei Sian ("Ms. Heng") has more than 15 years of experience in finance, covering operations, accounting, taxation, audit, treasury, budgeting, and group financial consolidation. She joined the Group in 2016 as an Accountant and, through consistent performance and leadership, has progressed to her current role as Financial Controller.
In her present role, Ms. Heng oversees the Group's full finance functions, including statutory reporting, cashflow and treasury management, tax compliance, and group consolidation. She also supports management with budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and overall financial planning for the Company and its subsidiaries.
Ms. Heng also has significant exposure to the property development and construction industry, particularly in project accounting, progress billing, cost tracking, work-in-progress reporting, and financial oversight of multi-phase development projects. She works closely with project and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Heng gained valuable experience in the leisure and hospitality sector as well as in manufacturing, strengthening her foundation in operational finance, internal controls, and cross-functional coordination. |
