Reference is made to the First Announcement dated 19 March 2026 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.

2. Milestone payments towards the Disposal Consideration
Reference is made to Section 3.1, Appendix I of the First Announcement in relation to the milestone payment to be made by the Purchaser towards the Disposal Consideration .
The Company wishes to clarify that the Milestone payments that are payable to the Vendor pursuant to the SPA are subject to the Purchaser's receipt of the Vendor's relevant invoice. The SPA does not stipulate a specific timeframe within which the Vendor is required to issue the relevant invoices for these milestones. Notwithstanding this, the Company will endeavour to issue the relevant invoices promptly upon the achievement of each respective milestone.
For information purposes, the invoice for the initial payment representing 10% of the Disposal Consideration (Milestone 1) was issued on the date of execution of the SPA.
