Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— CANCOM IT Systeme AG (WKN: 541910), Umsatzerwartung für das Geschäftsjahr 2000 nochmals signifikant übertroffen Die CANCOM IT Systeme AG, europäischer Marktführer im Bereich Desktop-Publishing (DTP), hat im Geschäftsjahr 2000 einen Umsatz von 308 Mio. DM erzielt und damit die Umsatzprognose nochmals signifikant übertroffen. Geplant war nach mehrmaligen Anhebungen zuletzt ein Jahresumsatz von 280 Mio. DM nach 112 Mio. DM im Vorjahr. Die Umsatzsteigerung gegenüber dem Vorjahr beträgt somit 175 %. Der Konzernumsatz der CANCOM-Gruppe betrug im sehr guten vierten Quartal 2000 107,5 Mio. DM und erreichte somit beinahe den Wert des gesamten Vorjahres. Was das EBIT-Ergebnis betrifft, sah die Planung ein ausgeglichenes Konzern-EBIT vor. Dem EBIT in Höhe von 6,5 Mio. DM im Systemhaus sollte ein gleich hoher Anlaufverlust von 6,5 Mio. DM durch den Beteiligungsbereich entgegen stehen. Aufgrund der positiven Entwicklung sowohl im Stammgeschäft als auch dem wesentlich geringer als erwartet ausfallenden Verlust im Beteiligungsbereich wird die CANCOM IT Systeme AG das Geschäftsjahr 2000 mit einem deutlich positiven EBIT-Ergebnis abschließen. Das endgültige Jahresergebnis wird am 19. Februar bekannt gegeben. After multiple positive corrections an annual turnover of 280 million DM was planned after 112 million DM in fiscal year 1999. This means an increase of 175 % to 1999. The CANCOM-group achieved a turnover of 107.5 million DM in the excellent Q4 which means nearly the whole turnover of the past year. Regarding the EBIT, it was planned that the result of the EBIT would be balanced. It was planned that the positive EBIT of 6.5 million Deutsch Marks in the system integration business would be equilibrated by the initial losses of 6.5 million Deutsch Marks in the holdings. Because of the positive development in the core business and the lesser than expected losses in the holdings CANCOM IT Systeme AG will close the fiscal year 2000 with a clearly positive EBIT.
