Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, 6 May 2004 – The preliminary figures for the first
quarter of 2004 confirm the positive trend heralded by CANCOM IT Systeme AG’s

the first quarter of 2004. During the same period of 2003, sales after
adjustment for discontinued operations amounted to Euro 46.6 million. This
constitutes total organic growth in sales of 11 percent.
