February 2005; The Cologne provider of software and IT services in the content management and outsourcing sector, PIRONET NDH, looks back on a successful financial year 2004. A new record figure in the company’s history was established with an increase in turnover of approximately 68% to EUR 35.2 million. In spite of the high expansion rate, it succeeded in increasing earnings disproportionately to the turnover. The EBIT-margin increased from 3.8% to 4.8%. In combination with the strong growth, the EBIT shot up by around 112% to EUR 1.7 million. Parallel to this, the EBT improved from EUR 1.8 million to EUR 2.6 million. The profit for the financial year after tax and minority interests amounts to EUR 2.15 million after EUR 1.8 million in the previous year. PIRONET NDH’s financial position has improved further. Cash and cash equivalents increased in the year-end comparison by approximately 15% to around EUR 37.6 million. This corresponds to a value of EUR 2.58 per share.
