The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— CANCOM IT Systeme AG: changes in the Executive Board Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, 15 June 2005 The Supervisory Board of CANCOM IT Systeme AG has appointed Rudolf Hotter to the company’s Executive Board with effect from 16 June 2005. Rudolf Hotter brings to the company extensive experience in leading positions within the IT sector, particularly IT services. Executive Board members Raymond Kober and Stefan Kober are to leave the company with effect from 31 December 2005 in order to take up positions on the board of the family business, AL-KO Kober AG. Rudolf Hotter will take over Raymond Kober’s responsibilities from 1 January 2006, and Paul Holdschik, who has been appointed by the Supervisory Board to the Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2006, will take over from Stefan Kober. Paul Holdschik, who up to now has been Stefan Kober’s deputy, has several years’ experience within the CANCOM Group. He is a former board member of Tendi AG, which was merged into CANCOM IT Systeme AG, and is now General Manager of CANCOM Deutschland GmbH, the largest subsidiary of CANCOM IT Systeme AG. Stefan Kober and Raymond Kober will retain their connection with CANCOM after their departure, as the company’s largest shareholders.
