PIRONET NDH strengthens management

Cologne, Germany, 1 st December 2010 – From December 1 st 2010 Mr. Paul Nasada will strengthen the Executive Board for one year according to § 105 AktG. As a Member of the Supervisory Board of the company since 2007 his mandate will be suspended during this time.

The aim of this decision is to relieve Mr. Hans-Werner Scherer, the Board Chairman, since he has taken over the area of responsibility in addition from Thomas Fell after his resignation on November 1 st 2010. Therefore Mr. Nasada will be responsible for finance and accounting during the one year period.

Mr. Nasada (Diplom-Kaufmann, born in 1957) has gained longtime experience in senior positions in finance and accounting, for example as CFO of a listed company.
