PIRONET NDH has sold agentes AG

Cologne, 1 April 2011 – In the wake of its announced strategic measures to enhance the income and accordingly to secure the liquidity situation as the ad hoc release from March 25 ^th proffered the possibility PIRONET NDH Group sold the agentes AG within an asset deal successfully. Purchaser of the entire business operations of agentes AG is the current management.

The company which is specialized in IT services for the financial sector and which effectuated significant operating losses was sold for a purchase price of 1 EUR plus an earn-out in dependence of a 3-year EBIT – which will have an effect in 2012 after the end of the current corporate restructuring. In this context the PIRONET NDH Group grants liquidity assistance supporting the business continuation. Until its sale agentes AG was an essential part of the segment Finance IT Services, which will be accounted for as discontinued operations at the end of fiscal year 2010.
