Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM AG, München, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 01, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 314380 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.75% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 78447 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
